No matter the vertical, one constant remains true: we are long-term investors. We believe in the power of compounding, and in the power of the market. We constantly remind ourselves that we sleep in beds today that were not available even to Kings and Queens just decades ago. That we can video chat, and hail cabs through a mobile device, that we can fly to the other side of the planet, and that humanity is master of innovation. We are long-term optimistic and believe that timing the market is sub-optimal.
Real Assets
The Group focuses on value added acquisitions in several markets and handles mixed-use and adaptive re-use projects, land developments, and property management, creating value and generating above average long-term returns.
Private Markets
The Group’s leadership has extensive experience across Venture Capital, Expansion & Growth projects, Buyouts, Corporate Rescues & Turnarounds, and Secondaries. Investments are made into equity both directly and as LP’s, and through various debt instruments, including convertible loan notes and straight credit.
The team is building a long-term investment track record across various stages of the venture’s life cycle from seed to growth to pre-IPO, taking on a passive or active role as required. No matter the stage, we invest in innovative companies we feel can create a lot of good for humanity.
Capital Markets
The Group is focused on delivering yearly double digit returns through a blended strategy of income generating assets which balance out our private market risk capital, and long-term holding of listed equities. With a track record of accomplishing these goals for over a decade, the balance has been finely tuned to continue achieving on this goal for many years to come.
Art
In 1988, on a trip to NYC, came a chance encounter, which led to a leap of faith, and finally the acquisition of some works of art. Those early pieces laid the foundation of the collection and sparked a family love affair with Contemporary Art.
The Bhansali Art collection focuses on Post-War Contemporary Art, right up to the present.
The collection continues to grow and evolve. It reflects the family’s adventurous, multi-national and multi-generational journey. As time goes on, the family continues passionately down the path of discovering the new – and rediscovering the forgotten.
